My Mission & Background
From The Workshop Floor to Your Bottom Line
Manufacturing is essentially about problem-solving. My name is Clive, and I have over 15 years of practical experience in custom parts manufacturing. I began my career on the shop floor, operating CNC machines and debugging injection molds. This experience has taught me that every successful project hinges on a precise understanding of materials, processes, and tolerances.
At RAPMAF, our “family” is built on expertise, precision manufacturing, and customer partnerships. My role here is to translate our team’s years of accumulated practical knowledge into clear, practical, and actionable technical articles and guides.
Every word I write is designed to help you—whether you’re an experienced mechanical engineer or a creative product designer—save time, mitigate risks, optimize costs, and ultimately, efficiently transform your exceptional designs into high-quality physical parts.
Areas of Expertise
Proficient in complex parts processing from 3-axis to 5-axis, familiar with the characteristics and applications of various materials such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel, titanium alloy and engineering plastics.
Covering processes such as bending, stamping, laser cutting and welding, it provides integrated solutions for housings, brackets and complex components.
Provide strategic support for the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring a seamless transition from prototype verification to final mass production.
We focus on mold design optimization and design for manufacturability (DFM) analysis to help customers identify and resolve potential production problems at an early stage.
Recommend the most suitable engineering materials to customers based on the mechanical properties, durability and cost requirements of the application scenario.
