Yes, we offer a turnkey service where we source all standard components listed in your BOM from our network of trusted suppliers. You can also choose to free-issue (consign) some or all of the components to us.
For the most accurate quote, please provide 3D CAD files for any custom parts, a detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) listing all components, and assembly drawings or instructions showing how they fit together.
A BOM is a comprehensive list of all items required to build your product. It should include part numbers, manufacturer names (for COTS parts), quantities, descriptions, and reference designators.
We can work with a mix of parts fabricated by us and free-issued components provided by you. Our quality team will inspect all incoming parts before assembly begins.
Assembly time depends heavily on the complexity and quantity of your product. Simple mechanical assembly might add 2-3 days, while complex electromechanical products can add 1-2 weeks or more. We will provide a firm lead time in your quote.
We can perform functional testing based on your specific instructions and requirements. Please provide a clear testing procedure, and we will include the time and resources for it in your quote.
